Subsidized Housing and Non-Subsidized Housing
Bath Housing manages five properties with rents subsidized by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The remaining properties managed are non-subsidized, with some apartments having income qualifications. Rents are generally at or below market rates.
