Bath Housing is seeking a part time (30 hours/week) Resident Service Coordinator (RSC) to assist residents in achieving maximum independence, self-sufficiency, and well-being. The RSC serves as a liaison with community agencies and works as part of the Housing Team and in collaboration with property management staff. In addition, this role will include the development and implementation of an eviction prevention program in the Bath area. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, two years’ experience in a related field, and familiarity with resources for low-income households. Communication skills, initiative, and innovation are key attributes.
