There are just a few criteria to be eligible for Comfortably Home. The participant will need to:
- Be age 55 or older or have a disability
- Own their home or live in a home owned by a family member
- Live within 15 miles of Bath. This includes Arrowsic, Bath, Bowdoin, Bowdoinham, Brunswick, Freeport, Georgetown, Litchfield, Phippsburg, Richmond, Topsham, West Bath and Woolwich.
- Meet household income guidelines. A quick note about income: If you have any interest at all in Comfortably Home services, please reach out to us! The income eligibility guidelines rule many households in vs. ruling them out. And assets do not count for eligibility, only your current household income.
