This temporary seasonal position is responsible for providing general grounds maintenance services for Bath Housing portfolio properties maintained to an exceptional level. Following best practices and processes, the Grounds Maintenance Technician takes pride in their work and ensures quality assurance requirements are met or exceeded. This position works within a progressive team environment to develop and create strong, long-lasting relationships with employees, vendors, and residents. The position will start in April and go through the end of October. The hourly wage rate is $15.75 – $18.00 per hour.
Ideal candidates will have some work experience and be able to demonstrate a sense of pride in their work. The ability to work well with diverse groups of people is essential.
This is a 37.5 hour/week position, typically Monday through Friday daytime hours. A valid driver’s license is preferred. (Alternatively, we may consider hiring two people for 20 hours/week each.)
