IMPORTANT UPDATES

 

Bath Housing is adopting key steps to protect staff and residents, many of whom are at higher risk of getting very sick from COVID-19.

Place emergency work orders only

  • Emergency work orders are those that if not repaired promptly could cause injury, threaten health, or cause serious property damage. Examples include electrical issues, water leaks, no heat, or broken door locks.
  • You will be asked if you are sick when you call in a work order.
  • All work orders must be placed by phone or e-mail only (see below).
