Bath Housing is proud to announce that over 10 acres of woodland and wetland off Congress Avenue in Bath are now permanently protected through a conservation easement with the Kennebec Estuary Land Trust (KELT). This urban forest—home to the Whiskeag Trail and just steps from the YMCA, Morse High School, and Bath Middle School—will remain undeveloped and accessible for generations to come.
Bath Housing welcomes Christine Walker as their new Resident Services Coordinator. Walker has built a notable career serving the community. She spent 28 years with Brunswick’s Independence Association and has deep experience in case management, community collaborations, service coordination, resource exploration and referrals, advocacy work and program management.
Bath Housing moves to its new Administrative Office effective June 6, 2025. The new office is located at 520 Centre Street, Bath ME. Please note:
Midcoast CA$H volunteers guided 47 Bath Housing residents through filing their tax returns for free, saving over $8,200 in preparation fees and returning nearly $12,000
