FAQs

Subsidized and Income Restricted properties

Income from Employment or Business, SSI, SSDI, Pension, Investment Accounts, TANF, Child Support

Income from your assets accounts does not automatically disqualify applicants. Most applicants with assests still qualify.

Food stamps and foster care payments do not qualify as income in determining your eligibility. 

You can update your income at any time in the Applicant Portal.

Waiting List Placement

Many properties maintain waiting lists. Being on a waiting list does not guarantee immediate housing.
