Bath Housing is hiring a full time Resident Service Coordinator (RSC). This position will assist residents in the Bath Housing portfolio of 147 subsidized apartments in accessing resources including educational opportunities, financial assistance, health care/personal support services, personal finance/budgeting information, nutrition education, food assistance, and socialization opportunities such as community gardens and recreational activities. It will also provide orientations to new residents, coordinate volunteer programs, communicate with residents on a regular basis, and handle resident complaints, problems and requests for assistance. The RSC serves as a liaison with community agencies and works in collaboration with the entire Bath Housing team.

Candidates should possess a four-year college degree with a major in social services or equivalent work experience and at least two years’ experience in a related field.
