Debora Keller, Executive Director of Bath Housing, recognizes that more diverse housing options are needed to meet employers’ workforce demands, as they compete for workers throughout the region; and to meet the population’s diverse housing needs, from first apartments to family homes to options for downsizing later in life. For example, 520 Centre Street will offer door-to-door access to Bath Iron Works via the City of Bath bus system, which runs for $1 each way. A BIW employee shuttle also picks up less than a mile away from 520 Centre Street.

Eligible applicants must meet minimum and maximum income limits. As of April 2025, monthly rents are $1,850 per month and include all utilities (heat, hot water, electricity, air conditioning, and garbage collection).
