Bath Housing is seeking a Property Manager with experience in oversight, management, and daily operations of a portfolio of rental housing properties. This includes, but is not limited to, managing and maintaining waiting lists, resident recruitment, screening, selection, lease management, vendor and contract coordination and financial analysis of properties. Must be able to provide a high level of internal and external customer service.
The preferred candidate will have a bachelor’s degree or 5 years equivalent experience. Experience in managing multi-family housing and assisting low-income populations preferred. Ability to learn and effectively utilize agency specific housing software. Strong computer proficiency, especially in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel is required. Must have valid driver’s license.
