Attention Applicants on the Maine Section 8/HCV Centralized Waiting List:
This is a reminder that the Maine Section 8/HCV Centralized Waiting List (Maine CWL) completed a waiting list purge on 1/31/2022.
If you did not update your application, you will now be placed as inactive for three months before being removed. Please make sure you update your application online to prevent being removed from the waiting list.
1. Visit affordablehousing.com on your computer, tablet, or smart phone.
2. Click on “Update Application” and then choose “Sign Up” and follow the prompts to create
an account. You must create a new username on affordableHousing.com to access your application, your previous username and password will no longer be valid.
3. Once you complete the sign-up process, click on “Update Application”, and enter your information to view and edit your application and complete your update response.
4. Print the application, fill it out, and return it to any housing authority in Maine.
